  • Communicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and solution benefits to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, functional specifications, release notes, and knowledge-base content.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  • Apply Agile product development practices to support collaboration, prioritisation, and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, enterprise software trends, and technical architecture best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to technical product management, software engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing web and mobile products throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Exposure to building or scaling enterprise SaaS products, preferably for global customers.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, prioritisation, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
  • Experience with product analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of user experience principles, interface design, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining ownership of product deliverables and timelines.
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation technology is an added advantage.
