Product Manager (Logistics / Freight Forwarder)
Salary: $6,000 – $7,500 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to oversee regional express air freight and Singapore–Malaysia cross-border land transport products. You will drive product development, monitor market performance, optimise operational processes, and enhance service competitiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
Monitor Asia-Pacific express air freight trends, market share, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Define and standardise service offerings, including SLAs, warehouse cut-off times, and customs clearance timelines.
Develop customised bonded transshipment and door-to-door solutions for key industries, including semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, and courier/parcel services.
Product Performance & Optimisation
Analyse market share, profitability, and operational data for regional air freight and Singapore–Malaysia FTL/LTL transport services.
Review product strategies and service configurations based on market demand, particularly in e-commerce and semiconductor industries.
Identify transit time bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency through consolidation optimisation and customs clearance coordination.
Update product SOPs and operating manuals based on customer feedback, complaints, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics product management, freight forwarding, air freight, or cross-border transportation.
Familiarity with Asia-Pacific air freight and/or Singapore–Malaysia land transport operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into business improvements.
Knowledge of customs clearance and bonded transshipment processes will be an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
