Requirements:
√ BSc degree with relevant years of experience in product management particularly in the Fintech industry.

Responsibilities:
√ Define Product Vision & Strategy Set the long-term direction and goals for the product, aligned with company objectives.
√ Market & Customer Research Gather insights from users, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
√ Roadmap Planning Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
√ Requirements Gathering & Documentation Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
√ Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful products.
√ Product Development Oversight Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
√ Performance Monitoring Track product KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue, etc.) and make data-driven improvements.
√ Stakeholder Management Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executives and other stakeholders.
√ Continuous Improvement Iiterate on features based on feedback, analytics, and evolving market needs.
