Product Manager (m/f/d)

Vendico Chemical AB is a well-established distributor of chemical raw materials serving customers across the Nordic chemical industry. Founded in 1994 and based in Malmö, Vendico combines strong market knowledge, technical expertise and a customer-focused approach with a broad portfolio of specialty and industrial chemicals. Since 2025, Vendico Chemical has been part of the HARKE GROUP, an international, family-owned chemical distribution group with an extensive network across Europe and international sourcing capabilities. This combination provides an excellent platform to further develop our activities in the Nordic market.

We are looking for a technically knowledgeable and commercially driven: Product Manager – Home Care to our office in Malmö.

• Technical sales of chemical raw materials to customers in the chemical industry in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland
• Responsibility for the smooth, strategic management of the ongoing support and acquisition of customers and suppliers across various product groups within the Home Care division
• Independent coordination of the strategic development of new markets and the conclusion of sales contracts
• Responsibility for achieving and exceeding turnover and profit targets
• Analysis of market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Attending national and international trade fairs and conferences
• Regular collaboration with the other companies within the HARKE GROUP
• Data maintenance, reporting and analysis of your activities

• Chemical education at university level
• Substantial sales experience, preferably in the chemical distribution sector and industry
• An independent and structured approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative
• Fluent in Swedish proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and a customer- and service-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40 %)
