Tasks & ResponsibilitiesReady for your next career step? As a Product Manager, you'll assume full responsibility for a strategically important product area and lead a dedicated, interdisciplinary development team. Thanks to a clearly defined, performance-based fast-track program, you'll have the opportunity to advance to Senior Product Manager quickly.
Your contribution will have a real impact: For example, you'll support suppliers of high-speed elevators, CO₂-free cement, or ultra-efficient insulation systems in incorporating their innovations into the construction plans of future international landmark projects—thus directly contributing to their mission to generate €10 billion in revenue for their customers by 2027. In doing so, you'll transform groundbreaking ideas into built reality—and accelerate your career at the same time.
Your Tasks
Development and continuous improvement of the strategy for a core area with tangible added value for its users.
Responsibility for the entire product management process: identifying opportunities, validating with customers, setting priorities, making trade-offs and ensuring successful implementation.
Close collaboration with engineers and designers to develop scalable, future-proof solutions – including defining and tracking clear success metrics.
Making results-oriented decisions based on qualitative and quantitative findings – with high speed of implementation.
Requirements
This is what you bring with you:
At least 2 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment – ideally with responsibility for complex, customer-oriented product areas.
Proven success in dynamic, rapidly changing environments.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with engineers, designers, sales and customer success teams.
Talent to convince, align and engage a wide range of stakeholders across functions.
The ability to develop compelling product visions and stories that link initiatives to clear results.
Passion for innovation and the drive to create real added value for their users.
Your profile
Experience in a start-up or scale-up where speed, pragmatism and iterative working methods are crucial.
Strategic understanding of current and emerging AI trends – always with a focus on user value.
High level of personal responsibility, resilience in the face of uncertainty and the ability to maintain long-term relationships both internally and externally.
Confident use of data analysis, scripting and automation to support product discovery and experimentation.
Strong curiosity and innovative spirit – willing to test quickly, learn and turn what you learn into real added value for their customers.
