Join Miquido as a Product Manager and help us build high-quality digital products for global clients! You’ll take ownership of defining MVPs, facilitating workshops, and collaborating closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered, data-driven solutions.

🚀 About the role

We’re looking for someone proactive, analytical, and experienced in running workshops, who enjoys building new processes from scratch and taking full ownership of their projects.

Tasks

  • Supporting Product Owners in making key decisions at every stage of product development

  • Defining MVPs by prioritizing requirements in terms of business goals, user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility

  • Creating user flow diagrams and user stories based on analysis and research

  • Preparing and updating project documentation

  • Identifying and understanding user needs and business goals through research and stakeholder interviews

  • Implementing the Build-Measure-Learn cycle

  • Defining and tracking product success metrics during and after release

  • Building customer and team awareness of the Agile Product approach

  • Leading product audits and facilitating workshops

  • Collaborating with designers, developers, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions

  • Leveraging generative AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize daily workflows and automate routine tasks.

Must have

  • At least 2 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / Product Design or similar fields

  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills

  • Excellent English (C1) and Polish (C1)

  • Good knowledge of UX/UI principles, Jira, Confluence, and Miro

  • Interdisciplinary knowledge in building digital products

  • Knowledge of BPMN notation

  • Analytical and structured thinking — ability to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions

  • Proactivity, ownership, and creativity in a dynamic environment

  • Experience in conducting workshops and willingness to lead them regularly

  • Ability to write functional and non-functional requirements and create developer-ready documentation according to internal standards

  • Experience working closely with designers, analyzing user behaviors, and improving UX based on collaborative reviews

  • Ability to independently run refinement sessions with both designers and developers

  • Practical experience with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) and the ability to formulate effective prompts.
