- Research and evaluate new laboratory testing services, wellness offerings, and healthcare products that align with organizational growth objectives.
- Evaluate prospective laboratory and vendor partners to determine strategic fit, operational readiness, service quality, and commercial viability.
- Coordinate product feasibility reviews, monitor post-launch performance/metrics, and analyze utilization trends to recommend ongoing lifecycle improvements.
- Serve as the primary project manager for new product and service introductions, maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure all launch deliverables meet organizational standards and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Develop launch materials, operational documentation, and franchise support resources to facilitate successful implementations.
- Act as the primary liaison for new laboratory, wellness, and service provider relationships, managing onboarding, communication, and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate negotiation and implementation of product-related operational requirements with external partners.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Training, IT, Compliance) to ensure alignment on positioning, implementation, and system requirements.
- Support franchise owners and staff during launch periods, serving as a subject matter expert for assigned products and services.
- Work with leadership to support departmental strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare services, healthcare project management, implementation management, partner management, product operations or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within defined requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to review utilization trends, service performance, and operational feedback.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Up to 10% travel required for conferences, training events, vendor meetings, franchise meetings, and other business activities.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly through various channels, including telephone, digital conferencing, and professional writing.
- Experience working with laboratories, third-party vendors, healthcare service providers, wellness partners, franchise operators, or distributed field teams preferred.
- Experience coordinating launches, implementations, vendor onboarding, or cross-functional healthcare initiatives strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with direct-to-consumer healthcare models preferred.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, laboratories, or healthcare service providers preferred.
- Office environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
