About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager, Operations to own the operational execution of products throughout their lifecycle, from initial setup and launch through ongoing changes and end-of-life. This role has direct ownership of SKU management, Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing, product data, and new product introductions, ensuring products are accurately configured and ready for Sales.
Working closely with Product, Sales Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing, this role drives product execution and operational readiness across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational lifecycle of assigned products, including product setup, launch, ongoing changes, and end-of-life activities.
- Manage Salesforce CPQ configuration, including products, SKUs, pricing, bundles, product rules, and configuration requirements.
- Own SKU creation and lifecycle management, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance, changes, and retirement of SKUs.
- Lead the operational execution of new product and SKU launches, coordinating pricing, configuration, approvals, and system readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate product and commercial requirements into accurate, sellable configurations.
- Maintain product, SKU, pricing, and CPQ data integrity while resolving configuration and quoting issues.
- Improve product operations, CPQ, and SKU processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related product-focused role.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, including product/SKU configuration, pricing, bundles, and product rules.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing SKUs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience owning or supporting new product introductions and product launches from setup through commercial readiness.
- Experience with product catalogs, pricing, and quote-to-order or quote-to-cash processes.
- Strong cross-functional, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex, multi-product or multi-SKU portfolios.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or PLM systems integrated with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, technology, cross-domain, or cybersecurity product environments.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$126,800.00-171,700.00 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
