Product Manager / Owner

Own the success of Coinradar’s SaaS product, analyze cryptocurrency market and on-chain metrics, shape product strategy, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive iterative product evolution in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product vision and metrics to drive iterative product evolution
• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog
• Create and maintain the product roadmap using market, trend, and stakeholder analysis
• Define metrics, resolve dependencies, and finalize requirements
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities with multidisciplinary teams
• Make data-driven decisions and take calculated risks
• Align product requirements with SaaS subscription model considerations

Requirements

• 4+ years of full product lifecycle execution experience, preferably in crypto
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to turn ideas into reality
• Expertise in data architecture and agile methods
• Ability to self-organize in a remote-first environment
• Knowledge of the global cryptocurrency market and blockchain space
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud technologies, and subscription models
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident decision-making
