Product manager

A product company based in Israel and Dnipro has an open position of Product Manager.

Key required skills & experience
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager: Experience in online gaming/casino, specifically in casino lobby management, user retention, or feature optimization.
Data & analytics mindset: Strong experience with product analytics, user behavior analysis, and driving product growth through metrics.
UI/UX & prototyping: Solid understanding of design principles and hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma or etc.) to quickly wireframe new features or flows.
Stakeholder & dependency management: Experience working in a complex environment with multiple cross-functional product and engineering teams to align roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and clearly present product requirements.
English: Upper-Intermediate or stronger.

Responsibilities
Product optimization: Constantly improve product, user flows, and existing features based on data and UX insights.
Feature launch & delivery: End-to-end ownership of launching new features - from writing clear, actionable PRDs and presenting them to development teams, to rollout and post-launch evaluation.
Prototyping & testing: Quickly mock up and visualize new feature ideas, concepts, or user flow improvements using Figma or similar.
Data-driven decisions: Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and back up the product roadmap.
Cross-team integration management: Coordinate and align initiatives across various internal product and platform teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery of features.
Business validation: Own the discovery phase - assessing the business value and impact of new initiatives before execution.
