Product Manager at Oxylabs builds and refines data products, leveraging ML/AI to deliver high-quality web data solutions for enterprise customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:
You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape strategy for Data product: build and maintain roadmap based on customer needs and market trends;
  • Turn ML and AI capabilities into productised parts of the data offering;
  • Set the standards for what high-quality data means from the customer’s point of view and own the business logic that defines whether the data is trustworthy and fit for use;
  • Make key judgment calls on ML-driven attributes, balancing tradeoffs such as coverage versus precision, latency versus cost;
  • Lead customer discovery efforts by working closely with current and prospective customers to understand the problems they are trying to solve;
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams beyond Product, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Your skills & experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing;
  • Strong product thinking: discovery, customer research, prioritisation, owning outcomes;
  • Technical fluency: comfortable reasoning about data pipelines, schemas, transformations, and inferred fields well enough to make tradeoff decisions and have credible conversations with engineers.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to help define and shape a new role rather than stepping into one that is already fully established.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
