Product Manager - Payment Methods

As a Product Manager – Payments, you will shape simple, reliable and secure payment experiences across deposits, withdrawals and payment methods.

Working with engineering, design, commercial, compliance, fraud and operational teams to improve the end-to-end payments journey.

You will balance customer experience and conversion with regulation, risk, reliability and cost. By combining customer insight and payment data with strong product judgement, you will identify opportunities and turn them into measurable outcomes.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the payments roadmap and backlog around customer and business outcomes.
• Use customer insight and payment data to identify opportunities and prioritise improvements.
• Lead discovery and delivery with engineering and design teams.
• Define and monitor metrics that demonstrate the impact and performance of payment experiences.
• Work across commercial, compliance, fraud, operational and technical teams to manage priorities and dependencies.

• Experience managing and delivering customer-facing digital payment products or journeys.
• Strong understanding of deposits, withdrawals, authorisation, settlement and payment failures.
• Experience working with payment service providers, acquirers and/or payment platforms.
• Understanding of fraud, chargebacks, authentication, security and regulation within payments.
