Product Manager Payments

You will own products within the Payments offering, from customer onboarding and compliance through payment rails and liquidity. You will research, design, and deliver payment capabilities, apply AI tools to improve execution, and work with engineering, compliance, partnerships, and customer-facing functions to launch reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Payments product capabilities
• Research, design, and deliver onboarding, compliance, payment rail, and liquidity products
• Design onboarding flows that reduce time to first payment while meeting bank, partner, and regulatory requirements
• Translate KYC, KYB, sanctions, and regulatory requirements into product capabilities
• Prioritize payment rails and expose them through a unified and reliable product experience
• Work with Customer Success and Support to maintain reliability and support incident response
• Define how customer funds are funded, held, and moved for efficient settlement
• Provide customers visibility and control over balances and liquidity across accounts and rails
• Work with bank and stablecoin partners to scale Payments across geographies
• Apply AI tools to improve product execution and business workflows
• Translate customer needs into clear engineering requirements
• Work across compliance, partnerships, sales, and customer success to deliver products

Requirements

• Apply modern AI tools to business problems
• Have experience building payments products
• Understand US and international payment rails
• Have cross-border payments expertise
• Have experience with or interest in stablecoins
• Read API documentation and bank or scheme specifications
• Work with data, including SQL
• Translate customer needs into engineering requirements
• Have a track record of shipping and iterating on products
