Product Manager
You own a product area within card payments. You define the long-term vision and roadmap, research customer needs and market trends, prioritize features, communicate requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, track product performance through data, and address risks and changing market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term product vision and roadmap
- Conduct market research on customer needs industry trends and competitors
- Identify opportunities and challenges using market insights
- Prioritize features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and delivery
- Define and communicate product requirements
- Track product performance using data and analytics
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business marketing engineering computer science or a related field
- At least 3 years of product management experience
- Understanding of the fintech industry
- Very good Polish and English with at least B2 proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in an agile methodology environment
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making

- Customer-centric mindset
- Experience with Atlassian tools MS Office tools and AI agents
- Experience with card payments or fraud detection in payments is an advantage
