Product Manager
You will own and develop a product area within a defined domain. You will define and manage the roadmap aligned with business priorities and translate business needs into product initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through delivery and iteration, analyze product performance, and identify problems and improvement areas. You will use data and stakeholder input to define solutions, collaborate with other departments, and manage expectations and priorities. You will communicate progress and risks, negotiate trade-offs, and incorporate compliance into product decisions while balancing business goals with risk requirements. You will maintain and continuously improve product documentation such as JIRA tickets, PRDs, rollout plans and training materials, and you will independently coordinate and execute product launches and rollout activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years product management experience
- Experience in fintech/payments
- Proven experience working cross-functionally
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery
