Job Description:
- Lead product launches, indication expansions and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather HCP/KOL/patient insights.
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, promotional activities and digital engagement strategies.
- Manage congresses, advisory boards and scientific events, and maintain strong KOL relationships.
- Develop compliant promotional materials and provide product training to the sales force and key customers.
- Manage brand budgets, ROI, P&L and forecasting.
- Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning and expiry risk management.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Min 3–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Experience in product launches and prescription / OTC medicines is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, commercial execution and pharmaceutical marketing..
