Product Manager
Summary
Own the product vision and roadmap for digital products, partnering with engineering and design to ship features from concept to launch while tracking performance and gathering user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more digital products
- Translate business goals and user research into clear product requirements and user stories
- Prioritise the backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- Partner with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle, from discovery through launch
- Use quantitative data (analytics, A/B tests) and qualitative insights (user interviews, support tickets) to inform decisions
- Define and track key product metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, etc.) and report on performance to stakeholders
- Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups in collaboration with engineering leads
- Coordinate go-to-market plans with marketing, sales, and customer success for new features and releases
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales teams, and support to identify opportunities
- Manage stake holder expectations and communicate roadmap changes clearly across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with digital/web/mobile products
- Proven track record of shipping products or features from concept to launch
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mix panel)
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience partnering closely with design
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
