Product Manager
Summary
Own a fintech product area at Plaid, defining roadmaps, writing requirements, and collaborating with engineering and design to build money-management tools.
You will define and drive products that help people connect, move, and manage their money. You will own a product area, shape the roadmap with data and feedback, collaborate with Engineering and Design, measure outcomes, communicate decisions, and guide cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a product-related role
- Track record of building or launching products end to end
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Familiarity using AI for prototyping, research, or analysis
- Early-stage or high-growth startup experience
- Fintech experience
