What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong experience building consumer-facing products
- Prior exposure to e-commerce products, marketplaces, or transactional consumer apps
- High empathy for users; strong intuition for UX and user psychology
- Comfort working closely with designers and engineers
- Ability to think in systems, flows, and incentives—not just features
- Clear communication and structured thinking
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with casual gaming, hyper-casual, or RMG products
- Experience building reward systems, loyalty programs, or gamified products
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
