Day to day involves cross-functional project leadership, event and vendor management, and performance tracking, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, Korea.

About this opportunity
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic professional programs that support provider growth and customer success.
- Develop structured engagement programs for doctors, treatment coordinators, and practice staff to strengthen practice capabilities and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, treatment adoption, and patient conversion through targeted educational and development initiatives.
- Establish program objectives, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks to ensure continuous optimization and business impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and key customers to identify unmet needs and develop scalable solutions.
In-Clinic Conversion & Practice Growth
- Develop and execute initiatives aimed at improving patient consultation effectiveness, in-clinic conversion, and treatment acceptance.
- Design customer-facing tools, educational resources, and activation programs that help providers grow their practices.
- Support the development of practice marketing solutions and best-practice frameworks that enhance customer capabilities.
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Customer Events & Professional Engagement
- Lead the planning and execution of customer engagement programs, educational events, seminars, workshops, peer-to-peer learning programs, and strategic forums.
- Manage speaker engagement, event content development, attendee experience, and operational execution.
- Coordinate agencies, vendors, venues, logistics, and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.
- Ensure programs deliver measurable business results while maintaining high standards of customer experience and budget management.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Operations, Legal, and RAQA teams to successfully execute strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with APAC and Global teams to localize and implement regional programs and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide regular reporting, performance tracking, and business updates to local and regional stakeholders.
- Monitor customer participation, engagement metrics, and business performance indicators to evaluate program impact.
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations and future program enhancements.
- Continuously optimize programs based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and strategic priorities.
- Reports directly to Associate Director, Marketing, Korea
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, professional education, customer engagement, practice development, consulting, or related commercial functions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and customer-facing programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, dental, or related industries
- Experience developing and managing professional education or customer development programs
- Experience leading customer engagement events, workshops, or learning initiatives
- Experience collaborating with regional or global teams
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders
