Whether it’s a long-awaited holiday, a last-minute business trip, or an unexpected detour, we deliver in the moments that matter.

About the opportunity:

We're looking for a senior Product Manager to own Pricing & Products for Australia and New Zealand. Your mission: turn pricing and product into a fast, governed, data-led capability, so a price or product change takes days, not months. This is a product role that owns the roadmap, backlog and outcomes. It is not an actuarial or pricing analyst position.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the Pricing & Products roadmap and backlog for ANZ, aligned with our global product model

Lead the product side of our rating engine modernization, from requirements to rollout

Cut price change lead times from months to days, with versioning, testing and a full audit trail

Work with pricing actuaries to enable segment-level pricing, price testing and more dynamic pricing

Own the ANZ travel insurance product catalogue: single trip, annual multi-trip, domestic, international and add-on covers

Make products configurable, so new products and partner variants launch without custom code

Support partner products and price books across direct, Freely, airline, travel agent, bank and affinity channels

Build Design and Distribution Obligations, pricing fairness and approval workflows into the product and platform

Lead the Product & Pricing pod with our SI partner: epics, acceptance criteria, sprint reviews and sign-off

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

8+ years in product management, pricing or product development in insurance or financial services, including 4+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner

Hands-on delivery of a pricing or rating engine change, or a product configuration platform

Fluency in rating structures, rate tables and pricing governance, and a strong working relationship with actuarial teams

Working knowledge of ANZ general insurance regulation, including DDO and the General Insurance Code of Practice

Comfort with conversion, loss ratio and margin metrics

Experience in large transformation programs with multiple partners and vendors

The ability to turn competing asks from underwriting, distribution and finance into one clear priority list

Nice to have

Travel insurance, assistance or travel industry experience

Experience with a modern rating platform such as Radar, Earnix or Guidewire Rating

Exposure to dynamic pricing and price elasticity models

Partner-distributed insurance experience: airlines, online travel agents, banks or retailers

SAFe or Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO) certification

Why you’ll love working with us!

We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability, results-orientation, and forward-thinking.
