Description

About the Role

Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming and user-generated content platform. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will build the creator growth function, helping creators move from their first visit to publishing a game.

What You'll Do

  • Identify high-impact opportunities across creator acquisition, activation, and engagement, then ship experiments to improve key metrics.

  • Build mockups and prototypes to test product concepts, partnering with front-end engineers to develop successful ideas.

  • Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and turn findings into growth strategies.

  • Gather feedback directly from creators in the community and use it to guide product iterations.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners on the roadmap and growth function.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager on a consumer product.

  • Experience owning consumer product growth across acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments and analyzing results.

  • A hands-on individual contributor with technical product management experience and the ability to build prototypes, scripts, or side projects.

  • Strong data analytics skills, including experience with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

  • Background in creator platforms, user-generated content, games, or two-sided marketplaces; experience with consumer AI for games or user-generated content is relevant.

  • Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background.
