Product Manager
About the role
Product Manager for Enterprise SaaS, ERP, Logistics Technology, and IoT solutions. You will develop and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs based on business objectives and customer needs, and support product development and integrations across ERP, logistics, SaaS platforms, and IoT solutions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs based on business objectives and customer needs.
Gather and translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle.
Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, feature enhancements, and product releases.
Evaluate customer requests and propose scalable, reusable, and efficient product solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to ensure product requirements and deliverables are aligned.
Support product development and integrations across ERP, logistics, SaaS platforms, and IoT solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles in software development.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, enterprise business processes, and SaaS products.
Experienced in preparing PRDs, user stories, UML diagrams, process flows, and functional specifications.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, sprint planning, and backlog management.
Good understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, databases, and software architecture.
Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or transportation management.
Familiarity with IoT platforms, GPS tracking, telematics, and fleet management.
