Product Manager

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• ODM Selection: Evaluate and choose the best hardware (Laptops and PC's) platforms from third-party manufacturers.

• Product Customization: Define technical specs for the enterprise market, including corporate security (TPM 2.0, vPro/AMD PRO), smart card readers, customized BIOS, and corporate OS setups.

• Cost & BOM Management: Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost and negotiate component prices with suppliers to maintain healthy profit margins.

• Compliance & Certification: Ensure all customized laptops & PC pass local and international standards (such as TKDN for Indonesia, MIL-STD 810H durability, and Energy Star).

• Product Lifecycle & NPI: Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from testing early engineering samples to mass production and End-of-Life (EOL) planning.

• Long-Term Support: Work with procurement and service teams to ensure spare parts and technical support are available for enterprise clients for 3–5 years.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Hardware Engineer handling PCs, Laptops, or UPS, LED, Smartboard etc (Enterprise/B2B market preferred).

• ODM/JDM Knowledge: Proven experience working with hardware manufacturers (ODMs) and managing hardware development timelines.

• Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of PC hardware (CPUs, RAM, SSDs) and enterprise security features (hardware encryption, biometrics).

  • Basic knowledge of BIOS customization and Windows Enterprise deployment.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local hardware certifications (like TKDN and SDPPI) and international standards.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English for daily communication with international manufacturing partners. (Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
