Product Manager

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will help us enhance the entire bonus ecosystem, making it more transparent, profitable, manageable, and valuable for the business.

Requirements:

• Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success;

• Proven experience with monetary mechanics in iGaming/Trading and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have);

• Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests;

• Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces;

• Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data;

• Ability to find balance between user value and product economics;

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language.

Tasks

• Direct impact on key metrics: CR to FTD, LTV, Retention, Revenue;
