Product Manager
Summary
Product Manager who owns the roadmap, business case, and problem definition for a core area of Quavo's multi-tenant platform, blending strategy with hands-on delivery alongside a Product Owner. Focus is on data- and AI-driven capabilities, client value measurement, and compliance in a fraud/dispute-resolution (fintech) context.
About the role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to shape and drive a core area of our platform. This is an individual contributor role: you will own problem definition, the business case, and the roadmap for your product area, working alongside a Product Owner on backlog refinement and sprint execution. We run a lean team, so this role blends product management and product ownership, and you should be comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the roadmap for your product area, developed with direction from Product Leadership and in collaboration with peer Product Managers
- Define the problems to solve, target users, and intended business impact, captured in clear product briefs with success criteria
- Turn individual client requests into configurable, multi-tenant platform capabilities that serve the broader client base, rather than one-off solutions
- Build the business case behind prioritization recommendations; articulate tradeoffs and sequencing with supporting data Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to define and deliver data and AI-driven capabilities
- Monitor adoption, time-to-value, and client retention signals to confirm solutions are delivering value, and iterate after launch
- Collaborate with Product Owner and engineering partners to refine requirements and support execution, stepping into backlog and delivery detail as needed
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders, including sales, account management, implementation, support, and clients
- Partner with Product Marketing to support go-to-market efforts, while incorporating customer feedback through direct engagement (e.g., betas, discovery, validation)
- Use AI tools as a default part of your workflow, including research synthesis, competitive analysis, data exploration, and drafting, to increase both the speed and the depth of your analysis
- Incorporate regulatory and compliance considerations into product decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in a Product Manager or similar role, with demonstrated experience shipping software products in collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience or domain knowledge in fintech, or in a highly regulated, compliance driven, or otherwise risk-sensitive industry Experience contributing across strategy, prioritization, and delivery, with growing ownership over time
- Experience with data-driven products and partnering closely with technical teams, including data science and engineering Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform, defend, and revisit decisions
- Ability to communicate recommendations clearly and build alignment with cross functional partners through data and sound reasoning
- Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content and style to different audiences, including senior leadership and clients
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make progress independently in a fast-paced environment, while actively seeking input and feedback from leadership and peers
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate product development workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in the fraud and disputes space, including consumer financial products and chargeback/dispute resolution processes
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience contributing to AI-driven or data-intensive products
