About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join Radlink in a newly created position that will play a key role in shaping the future growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of technology solutions and identify new ways to expand their reach across existing customers and the broader global Epiroc network. You'll evaluate market opportunities, uncover untapped potential within our product offering, and develop strategies that drive adoption, customer value, and business growth.

Radlink delivers industry-leading communications, infrastructure and energy solutions to some of Australia's most critical industries. Our portfolio includes digital two-way radio systems, LTE/4G/5G networks, integrated dispatch platforms, critical communications infrastructure, power system design and engineering, power core solutions, sustainable energy systems, and related technologies. Our approach begins with a detailed planning and discovery phase, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and the best-fit solution is selected before project delivery begins.

Reporting to the Head of Government Projects and Product Development, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Radlink and the wider global Epiroc group to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and bring innovative solutions to existing and new markets.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Malaga, Western Australia.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in product management, business development, commercial strategy, portfolio management, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop business cases, and drive new revenue streams.

  • Demonstrated experience evaluating products, solutions, or services and positioning them for new markets, customers, or applications.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse business functions and geographic locations.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working with technology products or solutions, preferably within telecommunications, critical communications, mining technology, energy, industrial technology, or related sectors.
