Summary
Oversee production support, security patching, compliance reviews, and product operations for enterprise applications while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Application Operations / Production Support / Product Operations
- Experience working closely with business users and vendors
- Familiar with security governance, compliance reviews and audit activities
- Experience supporting enterprise applications
- Exposure to Product Management activities (Backlog, UAT, Roadmap, Release Notes) will be an advantage
- Government project experience will be an advantage
