A growing industrial organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership
- Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and execution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
