Product Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies.

We are looking for a Product Manager

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful launches of large or complex products;
Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, business models, and unit economics;
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Will be plus
Experience launching or managing whitelabel platforms in iGaming or related industries;
Knowledge of market-specific requirements (regulations, compliance, localization);
Skills in strategic planning and product P&L management.
Soft Skills
Leadership: ability to guide teams, build trust, and establish authority;
Strong negotiation skills for working with partners and stakeholders;
Strategic mindset, capable of balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational management.

Responsibilities
Full ownership of the development and management of a standalone product;
Defining and executing product strategy, positioning, and the roadmap;
Requirements management, timeline control, and release quality assurance;
Working with key metrics: user growth, retention, and profitability;
Collaboration with partners, clients, and internal teams (Dev, BI, CRM, Marketing).
