Role overview:

The Product Manager, Regulatory within CH Digital & Tech is accountable for designing and delivering the roadmap for a large scale &/or complex product set that will improve the user experience within their domain. Each Product Manager will work collaboratively with senior leaders to agree on priorities for their product set and deliver against those priorities.

The Tech Regulatory Product Manager will have ownership and responsibility for the products within their domain ie: Veeva, DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways (various), A4L SPL Authoring tool. Also partner with the Central data organization and internal technical teams to deliver AI/ML and GenAI capabilities such as Dossier automation

  • +7 years of relevant experience (e.g. R&D or Regulatory) and / or exposure to product management in a global IT organization
  • Track record in successful IT strategy development, solution design, programme and project delivery and service management, across multiple business lines
  • Track record in delivering business impact through process and IT enabled solutions, across multiple business lines
  • Experience with Agile methodology and vendor management
  • Knowledge of specific domain – Regulatory – experience with at least one of the following tools/solutions, with Veeva preferred: DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways, A4L SPL Authoring tool, etc
  • Facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior leadership and decision-making using data, market evidence
  • Relentless for delivering business outcomes and value and simplification with a passion for science and advancing medicines to patients
