Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Role Overview :

- Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

- Gather and analyse customer, market, and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.

- Work closely with Development, UI/UX, QA, Sales, and Support teams to plan and deliver product features and enhancements.

- Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize product features and manage the product roadmap based on business impact, customer requirements, and technical feasibility.

- Coordinate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Lead UAT, product testing, and feature validation to ensure the product meets business and user requirements.

- Work closely with the UI/UX team to design intuitive and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile applications.

- Monitor product performance, analyse user feedback and adoption, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate product plans, progress, and priorities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, ERP, EdTech, or technology products.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and SDLC.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

- Ability to translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience working with PRDs, user stories, product roadmaps, UAT, and UI/UX teams.

- Strong ownership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
