Product Manager - SaaS & AI (Ahmedabad) Company: patientXpress Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5 - 10 years We are looking for a hands-on SaaS Product Manager who loves building products, owning features end to end, and turning ideas into working prototypes fast. You will lead how we apply AI to the data already in our SaaS platform to automate and improve customer workflows. Role & responsibilities: Own the product roadmap, features and functionality for our SaaS platform Scale the product: prioritize features that drive adoption, retention and revenue Build quick prototypes (no-code/low-code, Figma, or light coding) to validate ideas in days, not months Identify AI use cases in our existing SaaS data (automation, predictions, summaries, smart recommendations) and take them from idea to production Write clear specs and user stories; work closely with engineering and design to ship Talk to customers, analyze usage data, and measure the impact of every release Preferred candidate profile 5-10 years in product management or product engineering, mostly in B2B SaaS Proven track record of scaling a SaaS product Hands-on with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt design and AI workflow automation Comfortable with rapid prototyping tools and basic SQL / data analysis Strong ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-moving, startup workplace Healthcare or practice-management software experience is a plus Perks and benefits Fully remote role Direct work with the founder and high ownership of product direction Opportunity to build AI-first features from the ground up Competitive salary .
