# Product Manager - AI Innovations ## Company Overview It is an enterprise technology company ## Job Summary The Product Manager - AI Innovations will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, focusing on innovating AI-driven products to align with business objectives. This role plays a crucial part in identifying new product opportunities and driving product development from concept to launch, ultimately contributing to enhancing the organization's product suite. ## Responsibilities - **Product Strategy & Innovation** - Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives. - Identify new product opportunities through customer discovery, market research, and AI trends. - Drive product innovation leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and intelligent automation. - **Product Ownership** - Own the product backlog, prioritization, and release planning. - Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. - Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities. - **AI Product Development** - Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Delivery teams to build scalable AI-native products. - Contribute to solution design by understanding APIs, system architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs. - Drive product development from concept to launch and continuous enhancement. - **Stakeholder & Customer Management** - Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and leadership to validate product direction. - Lead product demonstrations, roadmap discussions, and feature prioritization. - Define success metrics and continuously improve products using customer feedback and analytics. ## Qualifications - **Experience**: 5+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience in enterprise software or Software as a Service (SaaS), preferably with 18-24 months of focus on building AI products. - **Technical Skills**: - Experience building AI-first products using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management using Jira or Azure DevOps. - Good understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle. - **Domain Knowledge**: Experience building products in one or more of the following domains: - Document Management Systems (DMS) - Enterprise Content Management (ECM) - Workflow & Process Automation - Knowledge Management - Digital Asset Management - Records Management - **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making skills, strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and ownership mindset. ## Experience 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership, with a focus on AI products for at least 18-24 months is preferred.
