Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to own the core product experience, understanding how users work today, identifying the biggest problems in their workflows, and building simple, scalable product experiences around them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product journey from problem discovery to launch.

- Understand customer workflows through direct user/customer interactions.

- Identify problems and translate them into product opportunities.

- Define product requirements, workflows, user journeys and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritise solutions based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.

- Work closely with Design and Engineering teams.

- Define and track product metrics, adoption and product quality.

- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and data.

Skills Required:

- 5-7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Product Management.

- Experience in B2B, SaaS, ERP or workflow-heavy products.

- Strong customer discovery and product problem-solving skills.

- Experience building products in a 0-to-1 environment.

- Strong ownership, product judgment and prioritisation skills.

- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
