In this position, you will be based in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Customer Onboarding Solution and Design. You will play a key role in our new pan-European Customer Onboarding platform.The focus and challenge will be to identify the main differences across regions and roll it out across various countries.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development Squad throughout the project and elicit the requirements
- Incept, build, plan and prioritize product backlog and roadmap
- Run Business Analysis on the target countries and markets
- Collaborator management in the respective regions
- Delivering business requirements to the development team
- Responsible for coordination of Non-functional requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent field.
- Full working proficiency in English
- Able to arbitrate and make fast decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager for Ecommerce merchants focused on

- Self-Service Configuration Tools: Experience designing merchant-facing portal features that enable self-service setup/management of technical integrations (webhooks, API keys, checkout customization, fraud rules, APM activation) with minimal support dependency.
- Logs & Observability for Merchants: Understanding of how to present integration and audit logs in a merchant-friendly UI — enabling merchants to troubleshoot, monitor transaction/API activity, and track configuration changes independently.
- Permissions, Security & Compliance UX: Knowledge of role-based access control and audit trail requirements within a portal context, ensuring merchants can safely manage sensitive settings (fraud rules, API credentials) while maintaining compliance visibility.
- Proven experience in working with multiple teams and owning end to end product development
- Knowledge of the payment industry is a must
