Product Manager

As a Product Manager at HT Media, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and delivering our products. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, ensuring that our products meet market demands, and continuously improving their performance. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data analysis and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

1. Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritises feature development based on market needs, customer feedback, and data analysis.

1. Data Analysis: Utilise data analysis and market research to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and improvements. Develop KPIs to track product performance and adjust strategies as needed.

1. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. Communicate the vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

1. User-Centered Approach: Advocate for the end user by collecting and analysing feedback, conducting user research, and translating user needs into product requirements.

1. Product Development: Work closely with the engineering team to prioritise, plan, and oversee the development of new product features and enhancements.

1. Product Launch: Manage the launch process, including defining the go-to-market strategy, creating product documentation, and supporting marketing efforts.

1. Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and analyse metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
