Product Manager

Shuru is an AI-native technology company that builds and scales digital products for businesses across industries. Alongside our client-focused work, we also develop internal products and tools that improve growth, operations, productivity, and decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the development of Shuru’s internal products, with a strong focus on growth tools.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a startup or small team, enjoys taking ownership, and is comfortable managing products from problem identification through launch and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Shuru’s internal products and growth tools.
  • Identify business problems and convert them into clear product requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and development effort.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and continuously improve product adoption.
  • Track product usage, performance, and business outcomes using relevant metrics.
  • Manage product launches, internal communication, training, and rollout.
  • Experiment with AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve internal processes.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of products from discovery and development to launch and iteration.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in startups, small teams, or fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products or features from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, and execution.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership with limited supervision.
  • Immediate availability or the ability to join at short notice.
Preferred
  • Experience building internal tools, growth products, SaaS platforms, or workflow automation products.
  • Exposure to marketing, sales, recruitment, customer acquisition, or business growth workflows.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, dashboards, experimentation, and user engagement metrics.
  • Experience working with AI applications, AI tooling, automation platforms, or AI-led workflows.
