What You’ll Be Doing
As a Product Manager with strong product design capability who can translate customer needs into well-defined products and commercially viable offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of the end-to-end product design and development workflow, from customer discovery, problem framing, concept generation, requirements definition, prototyping, validation, industrialization, and launch.
The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, structured thinking, and practical execution. You should be able to turn ambiguous customer pain points into clear product opportunities, product requirements, development plans, and differentiated offerings. This role requires close collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and marketing to ensure products are desirable, feasible, manufacturable, and commercially successful.
The candidate should also be familiar with emerging robotics applications and market trends, with particular understanding of sensor products and sensing use cases that enable robotics, automation, and intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities
•Identify customer needs, pain points, and product opportunities
•Translate customer insights into product concepts and product requirements
•Lead product definition from idea to development and launch
•Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and commercial teams
•Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability in product decisions
•Support business case development, product positioning, and go-to-market planning

Requirements
•Experience in product management, product development, or product design-related roles
•Strong understanding of end-to-end product development workflow
•Ability to convert customer needs into clear product requirements and offerings
•Strong communication, leadership, and execution capability
•Experience with sensor-based products such as LiDAR, vision, ranging, motion, environmental, positioning, or other perception-related systems is an advantage.
•Understanding of robotics system requirements, application workflows, and customer needs in areas such as industrial automation, AMR, service robotics, or smart machines is preferred.
