About the role

ICT Distribution Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Product Manager to manage and grow our technology product portfolio in the Singapore market. The Product Manager will be responsible for the product lifecycle, vendor management, channel development, sales enablement, partner engagement, market expansion, and revenue growth of our key cybersecurity, cloud, data protection, and infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage the assigned product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle

  • Develop product strategies and go-to-market plans for Singapore

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities

  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing recommendations, and sales strategies

  • Monitor product performance, pipeline, revenue, and profitability

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between ICT Distribution and assigned technology vendors

  • Build strong relationships with vendor product managers, channel managers, and regional representatives

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners in Singapore

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop product strategies and sales opportunities

  • Develop and execute product-specific go-to-market strategies for Singapore

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, technology distribution, channel sales, business development, or a related role

  • Experience in the Singapore IT/technology market is highly preferred

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, backup, virtualization, or enterprise IT solutions

  • Experience managing technology vendors and channel partners

  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales pipelines

  • Strong commercial and business development skills

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

  • Ability to work with both technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, customer engagements, events, and business development activities
