Product Manager Sportsbook Social

You build the social layer of a sportsbook experience, including profiles, activity feeds, group experiences, and social betting features. You lead multiple pods, define priorities, work with engineers and designers, identify user problems, measure outcomes, run experiments, direct AI-assisted workflows, and coordinate releases and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple social product pods
• Define problems and prioritize pod work
• Write product specifications
• Remove blockers and drive decisions
• Identify user problems through research, data analysis, and competitive review
• Define success criteria
• Track and report post-launch outcomes
• Use A/B experimentation to validate hypotheses
• Direct AI-assisted workflows
• Contribute to social product roadmaps
• Maintain knowledge of social experiences in consumer apps
• Coordinate releases and post-launch optimization
• Communicate pod progress, blockers, and learnings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of product management or similar experience
• Experience building social features in consumer-facing apps
• Experience with social graphs, feeds, profiles, or community interactions
• Ability to scope, plan, and deliver across multiple priority streams
• Experimentation skills
• Experience designing tests and analyzing metrics
• Familiarity with AI tooling
• Strong quantitative skills
• Knowledge of modern product practices
• Knowledge of experimentation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication
