Core Duties\:

  • Market opportunities\: Deciding which opportunities to pursue, when to pivot, and when to stop
  • Customer engagement\: Extracting business requirements from potential customers and translating this into technical requirements
  • MMP features\: Selecting features for the Minimum Marketable Product that deliver maximum value with minimal effort
  • Product backlog\: Refining the product backlog and reprioritising where needed
  • Product roadmap\: Developing the roadmap to accelerate growth and maximise market potential
  • Business case\: Demonstrating how the strategy provides business value to secure investment
  • Product pricing\: Ensuring pricing is competitive and reflects market value
  • Business model\: Defining how the solution will be delivered to the market

Essential Skills\:

  • You will have Product Management or equivalent experience
  • You will have experience with rapid digital delivery
  • You will have strong commercial awareness to shape USPs and drive the Counter-UXS business case
  • You will have experience balancing technical feasibility, commercial viability, and customer desirability
  • You will have the ability to translate customer and market insights into clearly prioritised requirements
  • Undersea battlespace domain knowledge is desirable

The team\:

As a Product Manager you will own the why and what of the product. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs, while working closely with engineering and business development to deliver a competitive Counter Uncrewed Systems product.
