We are seeking a high-performing Product Manager with deep roots in the iGaming industry to own and elevate our product offering for the Swedish market. Based in our vibrant Denmark hub, you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory landscapes and exceptional user experiences, driving growth from conception to launch.

What You Will Do

• Shape the Strategy: Define and execute a robust product strategy and roadmap, meticulously tailoring features to meet stringent Swedish regulatory requirements.
• Champion the Vision: Build strong alignment and buy-in for the product vision across internal cross-functional teams and key external stakeholders.
• Drive Market Growth: Identify product gaps, analyze player behavior, and generate innovative ideas to capture market share and elevate the customer experience.
• Execute with Precision: Translate high-level strategy into detailed technical requirements and prototypes, scoping and prioritizing features based on business and user impact.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and achieve swift, high-quality time-to-market.
• Lead Impactful Launches: Orchestrate end-to-end product launches in close coordination with executive leadership and the broader product management organization.

What You Bring

• iGaming Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming/Gambling industry (mandatory for consideration).
• Swedish Market Compliance: Direct, hands-on experience navigating Swedish iGaming regulations (SGA) and compliance frameworks.
• Lifecycle Mastery: A proven track record of managing all phases of a successful product's lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Technical & Analytical Acumen: A solid technical background with hands-on exposure to software development and web technologies, paired with strong proficiency in data, market, and competitive analysis.
• Leadership & Agility: Exceptional problem-solving skills, a flexible mindset, and a demonstrated ability to thrive within a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Bonus Points: A strong understanding of online Casino operations and broader familiarity with international responsible gambling frameworks (e.g., MGA, DGA).
• Location: Current residence in Denmark, or a willingness to relocate permanently to Denmark (mandatory).
