Your Impact:

Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our status as a market leader. You will bridge the gap between merchandising, marketing, and the bottom line—ensuring our 110+ locations are equipped with the right products at the right price.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Pricing: Monitor the landscape to ensure our market leading edge.
• Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to drive high impact sales initiatives.
• Inventory Oversight: Maintain optimal stock levels for new store launches and major retail events.
• Performance Analytics: Review brand data to ensure we are consistently hitting budgets and targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

You are a communicator by nature and a negotiator by trade. With at least 4-5 years of Product Management experience, you understand the nuances of the industrial tool industry and possess the time management skills to thrive in a high volume environment.
