Product Manager
Description
Our Enterprise MCP Gateway gives AI agents tools to act across every enterprise system. Next come context and visibility. We're hiring two Product Managers, each to own one new pillar of the platform:
Enterprise Brain (Context Graph): a living map of an enterprise's schemas, objects, tables, files and skills, and how they connect, shared with any AI agent over MCP. The Gateway gives an agent hands; the Brain gives it a map. Synqed Observe (Observability): monitoring and tracing of every agent call through our gateways, extending to step-level traces from any agent platform in one place.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Enterprise Brain:
- Own the roadmap, from how customers sync schemas, upload files and add skills to how the graph is exposed to agents over MCP.
- Shape the graph model and the machine-proposes / human-verifies loop for cross-system edges.
- Define the agent-facing tools (search, find path, join keys and more) with the ToolRouter team.
- Decide what belongs in the graph, structure only or some data too, balancing agent usefulness against the compliance needs of regulated buyers.
- Work with design partners (alpha Q1, GA targeted Q3 2027) and track graph coverage, freshness and agent task success.
Synqed Observe:
- Own the roadmap: gateway-native tracing first, then vendor-neutral trace ingestion via OpenTelemetry.
- Define real-time monitoring of every call, session and chain of executions, and track which calls fail and why.
- Build the views developers, operators, and teams need, with dashboards and alerts that turn traces into answers, not noise.
- Partner with platform teams on how telemetry is stored, retained and secured, including self-hosted deployments.
- Track time-to-root-cause, trace coverage and adoption.
Requirements:
- Product experience. 3-5 years in product management, ideally on a platform, data, infrastructure or developer-facing product.
- Technically comfortable. You reason with engineers about APIs, schemas and data models (Brain), or logs, traces and metrics (Observe).
- Infrastructure, not just UI. You've shipped complex backend or infrastructure products.
- Strong product judgement. You turn ambiguous problems into a crisp, prioritised roadmap.
- Clear communicator. You align engineering, design, solution architects and customers, and ground decisions in real usage data.
Even Better:
- Exposure to AI agents, LLM tool-use, MCP, RAG or knowledge graphs.
- Graph databases (Neo4j, Graphiti, Cognee), or observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with regulated industries, enterprise integrations or entity resolution.
- A technical background in engineering, data or CS.
