Product Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, and delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and roadmap, understanding customer needs, driving cross-functional execution, and delivering scalable products that create measurable business value.

The candidate should have strong experience working with engineering, design, business, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer interviews, and data analysis to identify product opportunities.

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize product features and backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.

• Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as required.

• Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics, using data and analytics to drive product decisions.

• Develop product business cases, requirements documentation, release plans, and product roadmaps.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities with relevant teams.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product functionality and user experience.

• Identify product risks, dependencies, and gaps and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategy with organizational goals.

• Mentor and guide junior Product Managers and contribute to building product management best practices.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, customer expectations, and competitive developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in Product Management.

• Strong experience in Product Strategy, Product Roadmapping, Product Discovery, and Product Delivery.

• Proven experience managing products through the complete product lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, prioritization, and MVP definition.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to convert complex business requirements into clear product requirements.

• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development.

• Experience with product analytics, KPIs, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand revenue, cost, ROI, and commercial impact.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on B2B/B2C SaaS, Enterprise, Digital, or Technology Products.

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and modern software architecture.

• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or AI-powered products is an added advantage.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.

• Product Management certification such as CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic Product Management, or equivalent is a plus.
