Product Manager (Trading)
You will define and execute the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends. You will conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in the cryptocurrency space. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch. You will collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly trading interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will track and analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings. You will ensure that all trading products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading platforms
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
