Company Profile:

What we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a PM you would be managing a specific product (Flight / Hotel / Holiday etc) and be responsible for delivering Business KPIs (GMV /Revenue / Growth / Retention). To do well in the role, one needs to:

  • Be a CEO of the product (business) and drive business results by working with business /marketing / content etc teams.

  • Understand consumer & business over tech

  • Know importance of functionality over aesthetics

  • Build Product in an MVP / iterative approach, Plan, Release, Feedback, Iterate

  • Think in business logic first, translate real-world scenarios (pricing, cancellations, refunds, supplier terms) into clear product rules, with enough structure that engineering can build it without back-and-forth

  • Work closely with engineering to review vendor/supplier data quality, debug integration issues, and validate that what's built actually works as intended on the ground

  • Be comfortable working with data, analyzing funnels, retention, failure rates, and search/booking trends to find what's broken and prioritize accordingly, not just relying on anecdotal feedback.

  • Communicate directly and clearly with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders (commercial, ops, leadership), including flagging issues, negotiating fixes, and writing things up in a way non-technical stakeholders can act on

  • Be able to actually build with AI, prototype working product flows, internal tools, or automations using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit etc.) instead of only writing specs and waiting on engineering bandwidth for every idea.

  • Identify workflows (internal ops, content, customer support, data reconciliation, supplier onboarding etc.) that can be redesigned or automated using AI agents, and be able to build a first version yourself to prove it out before pulling in a dev team

  • Treat "let me build a quick prototype" as the default response to a new idea, not "let me write a PRD", use AI to compress the idea-to-working-version timeline from weeks to days

  • Bring an agentic mindset to problems, think in terms of AI systems that can independently execute multi-step tasks (e.g., auto-reconciling bookings, auto-drafting vendor communication,auto-flagging data anomalies), not just single-shot AI assistance.

Check if you fit in the role-

You Must-

  • Have 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a startup.

  • Enjoy hands on execution with tech, business and marketing teams to deliver results

  • Enjoy speaking directly with customers not just for "feedback or survey" but even for "sales / solving escalations and account management"

  • Be able to prioritize, using data & customer interactions

  • Be able to go from idea to working prototype yourself using AI tools, rather than waiting for a formal handoff to engineering for every build

You Can-

  • Design basic UI/UX yourself for prototypes and internal tools, using AI tools to generate mockups or working front-ends without needing a dedicated designer

  • Get into details to create detailed product documentation and user stories for tech.

You Want to-

  • Improve your business acumen

  • Drive results & projects from ideation to execution

  • Build things yourself instead of only specifying them, treat AI as leverage to move from "product manager" to someone who ships working software independently

This role is not ideal for someone who is-

  • Not excited about working closely with tech and business teams to executelooking for a role to drive "strategy." We are a startup. Execution is everything

  • Not comfortable with long working hours.

  • Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week). Yes Product is 6 days working (but

  • Tech is not) as Product is expected to solve business challenges /grow the business

  • Only comfortable writing specs and handing off, someone who wants engineering to build every version 1, rather than proving it out themselves first with AI
