Product Manager

Hiring: Product Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work Schedule: Hybrid

Responsibilities
• Understand requirements and translate them into product features.
• Manage the product lifecycle and drive product enhancements.
• Define product roadmaps and oversee product development.
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• CPM or Agile Project Management certification is an advantage.
• 3–4 years' experience in product management, preferably in software development.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile (SCRUM), data analysis, technical writing, A/B testing, and programming basics.
