Product Manager

NewBe an early applicant

Summary

Product Manager at UNI Diamonds owning the product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration — with focus on the Market Insights product (pricing analytics and market intelligence for diamond buyers and sellers). Works with a remote R&D team and uses analytics tools like Amplitude/Mixpanel and AI in daily workflows.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who owns end-to-end — from the first whiteboard sketch to post-launch iteration. You'll sit at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical execution, working closely with a remote R&D team and cross-functional stakeholders across the company.

This isn't a coordination role. We need someone who thinks strategically, moves fast, and gets deep into the details when the work requires it. If you're the type who gets energized by a blank roadmap and a complex problem, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

Own the product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery and research through definition, execution, launch, and iteration.

Conduct customer research, surveys, and field analysis to validate problems and inform product decisions.

Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable product specs that development can run with.

Lead the interface between Product and Development — own alignment, remove blockers, keep delivery moving.

Use data and metrics to prioritize opportunities, measure impact, and make confident product decisions.

Drive new product initiatives from concept to delivery, including zero-to-one projects.

Evaluate and integrate relevant new technologies — AI tools, automation, platform improvements.

Lead cross-functional stakeholders around shared priorities and ensure everyone is rowing in the same direction.

Define and evolve the Market Insights product — pricing analytics, trend indicators, and market intelligence tools that give buyers and sellers a real edge

Requirements

Must Have

2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in product management.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with development, operations, and business teams.

Experience with remote or distributed R&D team environments.

Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) — able to build their own dashboards and answer their own data questions without always needing a data analyst.

High-level communication skills — you can write a crisp spec and present clearly to leadership.

Actively uses AI tools in daily product workflows — for research, spec writing, analysis, and decision-making.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to Have

Background in marketplace, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or data-driven digital products.

Experience with mobile product development (iOS/Android).

Familiarity with BI or analytics tools.

Technical background that allows meaningful collaboration with engineering teams.

Strong marketing orientation — ability to communicate product value to external audiences.
